In the Beginning it felt good that i will be able to show case my skills and get recognized and will grow professionally and personally but i was wrong the higher Management is selfish and brood minded people favoring only those who are near and dear to them and showering them with benefits and other things here CEO is a fool who believes everything this people say. But due to lack of commitment and activeness he has appointed some people from Dubai to take the lead and make the products at least released. we thought management will change and everything will be set right but no i was more wrong then ever they started their own way of Torture. for them only Dubai is the center of the world....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
