There is almost nothing to like about OMOTEC. It will be an exception that someone working here will keep on liking working here after 3-4 months.

The way they work and treat their employees is terrible. Most employees working here at this company also treat their junior terribly.

Right from the joining till last working day this place is not less than a hell. Highly Lazy and dumb HR they are not even aware and have time to onbaord and welcome employees properly. Coming to Branch Managers,Their on paper designation should be Gossip manager. Because more then managing the wear and tear of the Branches,they're more keen and inclined towards gossiping and spreading negativity towards one another. Now coming to the main content part,their content on the portals is so outdated and lame. We can easily get a more quality content over youtube nowadays and that too free of cost.When being a part of their professional family,any of their non favourites shares any suggestions, Tehy be like least bothered to hear,forget about implementing the same.Stating they have a session to start now,or a student coming over...Blaah Blaah and Blaah. The omotech company is fine for the freshers but if you are having good experience at your previous organisation so omotech is not a good option to join . My day was like awkward when you entered at the premises you have to put off your footwear after spent whole day you will not get any tea or coffee facility that was make a bad impression of the company , every employee is new over regional office delhi . Bosses let the employees breathe air and drink water and use washrooms without asking them. I feel very lucky to work for a company like this. Reetu and Shekhar are our GOD FATHER and GOD MOTHER. Yes, sometimes they do treat us like "Jail ka Kaidi" but only if they feel we are not working (which they always do) and the best part is when they are in happy mood (which is only if employees work 16 hrs everyday) they would treat us with Vada Pav or Sev Puri or Samosa Pav instead of yearly increments or promotions. There is nothing to dislike. Only the fact that one day I also want to become a leader which Shekhar and Reetu Jain who claim to be leaders. They would add OMOTEC employees in their special leadership groups just to manipulate them and churn more working hours from them. Yes, I want to become a leader but not like them. A leader who can guide people to find their self respect and identify self-obsessed nihaayati neech aur galeech fake leaders like OMOTEC bosses. Not only that, but they are very quick at hiring those people in their organization who would make you feel unsafe with the way they talk or stare at you. 97% of the male employees working in OMOTEC are like this. I have felt it every single day. (Avneet, Meghan, Suraj are just some of the names) There is no POSH training in that organisation. I think the HR doesn't even know the meaning of POSH. Men in OMOTEC love to harass female employees. Their strongest skills are to be a creep and PEDO. Mumbai is 99% safe but that 1% unsafe space exist in OMOTEC.
