u cant deny for OT but thr is no OT payment is available. Late salary and late reimbursement.. lots of partiality..they also call for sunday but no payment

They have certified themselves in scamming employees and not paying them for the days worked.. Highly unprofessional and disgusting.

She's got nothing interesting in her personal life,islie office me hi bichari ko gossip krnaa pdtaa h Or uskii hi tohh salary miltii h usko...in return boss ki chaat lo toh sb maaf h kaam kro ya nhii chaatna hi zruri h😂😂. Or jo naa chaate vo kaam kr bi rhaa h toh uske kaam me unnecessary galtiya nikalna, because they just can't handle the fact that he /she ignoring me😲 (gossip manager). Shekhar Jain (Director) - over a period of time,he has got that skill to manipulate employees,so that they can easily be scammed. Addition to this,no work life balance, politics, toxicity hypocrisy to another level.

...ted individuals with no recourse. Even receiving timely payments is a challenge. In addition, it's important to note that the company lacks any form of salary increments, festive bonuses, or other benefits, further contributing to the overall challenging work environment. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against joining this company, as my experience has been mentally scarring. Despite optimistic expectations, my leap of faith turned into a nightmare, and I urge others to avoid this company at all costs.

Nothing much like about company. If you don't have job or not have better opportunity then only join.

...period for every employee including office boys. Unnecessary salary deduction. Salary delayed. Late sitting. Work life balance not good. Management do like employees who work till late not employees who efficiently works in time. Management do discriminate in new employees and old employees. Fake promise made which doesn't get fulfilled.

Openness to learn - new skills to learn, growing business and scale, good people around who have been there for more than 5 years and are doing great for themselves and the company. I am a fresher so learning from all of them is a great experience. I come in at 945 and leave by 630 pm ... which is good for me... sometimes i do sit late when there are competitions and work load... probably once or twice a week

I have to work on saturdays too as do many others... but that is ok... I would really like if there is more stuctured training as I want to grow and get all skill sets ... but then again it is a growing space ... and probably I will pick up more as I learn more...
