QA Intership, got certificate but everything they say is fake and lie.

...ld not even consider you for even 5k stipend they have poor budget or no budget.Over 100 interns they select but doesn't have budget to pay. Basically it's non paid internship. Poor management and leadership. Delay allocation of tasks from team is blamed on interns, bcoz interns have filled some google forms wrong?! Is there any sence on it? How can someone fills his own wrong email id when only communication is done via emailing? They would say performance scores would get displayed on portal but in end they would say scores would not be displayed would checking was " not biased" . Someone who has experience for not only manual but automation too they would not select the person? Or minimum not considered for stipend of 5k? I ask what more do they want from an intern? Certificate don't help people are able to create fake experience what an internship certificate would do? Task has no logical sence, interns had to test one app on 10 different devices with 10 different mobile numbers. Company would not provide it at all. You need to use OTP too. Don't raise hopes with this hopeless internship.

Nothing much except salary is on time only but no job security in this organisation.

This is a complete rubbish company, these people cheat.incrament days come the are give silly reason and say give resign latter.there is a lot of politics in office premises,not safe for girls specially for intern girls.They don't have planning for any project,job security in PHN there are 3,4 HR with 0% IQ level they ahe there because of there husband's . they are very close friends to pradeep. narayankar . Not a safe place at all for girls. Team leads are very cheap .There is less knowledge person work on higher position in some department,because of sent wrong report to manager person and not giving any responsibility about work she's disagree there mistakes and claim shifted to employees.

The best thing about working at PHN Technology was the best mentorship like every weekend our mentors will call and ask about the task status and the progress we have made and any difficulties if so.

To be honest I worked only one month so I cant say more abt it, but they should pay there interns more.

i have been working at phn as an AI/ML Engineer intern for the past six month , and my journey has been incredibly rewarding . worklife balance . the company offer a 5 day workweek , with weekend off, making it easier to maintain a healthy work life balance . learing opportunities . As a fresher i could not have asked fpr a better place to learn and grow . the environment is very collaborative and i have gained a lot of practical knowlwdge from my senior . supportive management .. i feel fortunate to work under the guidance of my manger , Aditya Sir and my senior like prakash sir , thay are vey humble and kind . thay are very supporive , our director , Pradeep sir , stands out as an inspring leader who is not only humble and kind but also engage with us during team activity like cricket match , which makes the workplace feel like a family work satisfaction . i rate my work satisfaction as 9/10 . the work is engaing , the positive atmosphere keep me motivated everyday overall its is good place. we use to work together , celebrate together , fun together , i feel good that phn give me chance to work and start my career .
