Guys omotech is a pioneer of Lala Companies. Its a company you should avoid at all costs to save your sanity. Better to remain unemployed than join a sh*thole like this. Joining them is akin to signing up for a dating profile due to the unprofessionalism of men working here. Those “above average” you might have seen? They are fake. Managers like Meghan and Avneet and the top management influenced people to put false reviews and the company also pressures employees and clients to post positive feedback on google reviews while deleting negative ones. These mechatronics VPs so-called managerial skills include manipulation, making inappropriate comments towards women and abusing them whether employees or client parent(mothers). and fostering a toxic environment and showcasing EGO. Their incompetence leads to continuous harassment of the team members. Feel pity for these managers significant other at home and anyone who has to work and live under their influence its guaranteed a traumatic experience. The company is rife with men who objectify women, which is a serious issue. Adding more HRs or policies wont fix the problem when it stems from a fundamental lack of respect and proper upbringing. There's not a single trait of theirs,that any one would like,unless the person is a boss ka chaatu by his characteristics and morals... Asst manager - Bootlicker Tiple,I mean Shamal Tiple, doesn't know how to complete onboarding on time,they take literally months to release offer letter...and later i understood the reason behind it- "They had to scam and hire for free" so how can they provide me any official document or mark my attendance on their portal" and then giving excuses like I'm soooo busy ,I have other work tooo....so the new joinee has to suffer bcoz madam k pass time hi nhii h... interesting! Now comes heena Shroff,HO ki Gossip Manager. Just like her body structure (A jumbo bag filled with all Shit) her qualities are also like a Paitu Netaa..who likes you only when you feed her unnecessarily, appreciate her no matter what. This company's work environment is extremely challenging. Since joining OMOTEC, I've encountered difficulties stemming from a strongly authoritative management style. Expressing concerns is discouraged, and the boss engages in political maneuvering, excessive micromanagement, and seems indifferent to employees' well-being. To be frank, the leadership style is reminiscent of North Korea's mentality. Prospective employees should be cautious, as the workplace may adversely affect mental health. Despite holding a PhD in leadership, the owner's actions contradict the preached principles. Overtime is a daily expectation, and questioning it results in interrogation and emotional manipulation, fostering a sense of worthlessness. Compensation and appreciation for overtime are non-existent, and dedication goes unrecognized. The HR department appears ineffective, often seemingly complicit in defending the owner's actions and dismissing employee concerns. They publicly demean employees, leaving mistreated individuals with no recourse. Even receiving timely payments is a challenge. In addition, it's important to note that the company lacks any form of salary increments, festive bonuses, or other benefits, further contributing to the overall challenging work environment. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against joining this company, as my experience has been mentally scarring. Right from the joining till last working day this place is not less than a hell. Highly Lazy and dumb HR they are not even aware and have time to onbaord and welcome employees properly. Coming to Branch Managers,Their on paper designation should be Gossip manager. Because more then managing the wear and tear of the Branches,they're more keen and inclined towards gossiping and spreading negativity towards one another. Now coming to the main content part,their content on the portals is so outdated and lame. We can easily get a more quality content over youtube nowadays and that too free of cost.When being a part of their professional family,any of their non favourites shares any suggestions, Tehy be like least bothered to hear,forget about implementing the same.Stating they have a session to start now,or a student coming over...Blaah Blaah and Blaah.
