I’ve seen talented employees pushed out because they didn't fit the clique. Constantly changing priorities leave employees feeling lost and confused.

Dislikes

The leadership is not only inept but also creates an unsafe work environment. Communication is poor; you often find yourself in the dark about project goals. The environment is so competitive that it hinders collaboration and learning. The work environment is toxic, and management is unresponsive to employee concerns. Constant crises created by poor planning make work unbearable.

It's goNAME : B SIRISHA, OPTED COURSE : Outsystems 15th March 2023 (45 Days Course). Receipt No : 4991 & 4968 First Co Ord & Tutors – Vijay and later Shanbagam, Venkatesh, Mayuri, Sughana, Reemli & Chetna. @ACTE, it’s been 5months, 3 weeks and 3 days but still my issue remains unsolved, I have opted for Out systems course in the month of March’23 which is 45 days course as promised by ACTE and classes started from 15th March 2023 and my classes was stopped on 17th March 23 for not paying rest of half amount, if you people are particular in MONEY MATTER then why not in COMPLETING THE COURSE ??? and the worst thing due to Faculty issue within the span of 15 Days total 5 tutors has been changed that to who used GOOGLE to teach us classes and 6th one is on the way. I don’t understand how you people running an Institute without proper faculty but collecting FEE’s from STUDENTS and cheating them. I have been contacted till now 8 people from ACTE but till now I have not received any resolution on this, also requested for COMPLETE REFUND’s, since you people have failed to conduct the classes in the given timeline. I AM LOOKING FOR IMMIDIATE SOLUTION & REFUNDS ON THIS, SINCE I AM DONE WITH YOUR FAKE COMMITMENTS AND FALSE PROMISES.
