I work in ACTE as a business development officer for the past 3 years. I never felt pressure working here. I learned a lot here, it's a great place to learn new things and showcase your skills. I enjoyed a lot working in ACTE.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
