For the past 1 year, I have been with ACTE. It is extraordinary company to work for if you are fresh out of the college because they always train you for the role you will be doing. It is skill-based industry, so those who come in with a specific set of skills will always be respected. However, navigating such a massive corporation can be extremely tough.

Dislikes

They are fantastic. They have taught me a lot, and I don't have a suggestion for improvement.

ACTE is one of my favorite places to work. Pillar Technology, the firm where I was hired, was acquired by ACTE in 2021, and the transfer to ACTE has been fantastic! ACTE is made up of many talented individuals whose contributions make it what it is. I can't think of a better organization to work for in terms of consulting.

Dislikes

People's values are quite high and growth-friendly.
