Being a creative lead here has been a fantastic experience I get to work on digital designs for marketing campaigns and social media, using tools like Figma. The team is great, and collaborating with others to make sure our designs meet business goals is always rewarding.

Initially when the Allen Digital was in the hands of seasoned professionals, it was well conceptualised and incepted but later it was handed over to coax people who would only want people of their religion to grow. There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.
