If you want downscale your skills you can happily join ALLEN. There is only one skill required which is toadyism.

Dislikes

Nepotism is at it's peak there. If you are the relative of any well established person there you will grow. There is no appreciation or recognitions. Skillful persons are only exploited here no one cares about no transparency in increment and appraisal.
