While I really enjoy working at ALLEN Career Institute and appreciate the supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development, one area that I think could be improved is the lack of communication among team members. During covid 2021 we were physically called to office forcefully by our centerheads though the work was online only. Several teachers got covid due to that. No work life balance your center head will always behave like a king to you and you have to beg for holidays. HR will never reply to you mail never ever in 3 years i got a replyfrom him. If you resign than they will ask for notification period of 3 months minimum and will file a cse against you for leaving the institute in middle no matter what may be the reason for leaving. In cities like Bangalore they pay 25000 p.m only to fresher's and max 35k for 2 years experienced faculties. Appraisal time suddenly they show loss and no appraisal given so i worked for very less salary that i had to ask money from parents for rent. Even your Average feedback is 97% no good hike in salary as per the expensive city. Increment is like always in future in air...Read More
