Worst coaching institute full of nepotism and instead of increments I have seen decrements in this company. 3 years I have given to this company and I have observed that the work culture is horrible. Worst faculty pool. Horrible work culture and illiterate teachers.

Dislikes

This company is worst I have seen. Selfish management. None promotions only decrements. No one is going to appreciate you for your hard work and intelligence, they will put you down for even one mistake. Seniors are jealous of their juniors because of their knowledge and skills.

management was not so fine .management doesnt know which teacher is involved in various work .transperancy is less..a teacher may be giving extra efforts rather then taking class like developing material ,etc .but management will never recognise this till you yourself tell them .

work totally depends on person .there are many who are just doing normal work taking classes and earning quite well..and some dedicated teachers also who work really hard for results and involved in many work else then just taking class.
