Worst coaching institute full of nepotism and instead of increments I have seen decrements in this company. 3 years I have given to this company and I have observed that the work culture is horrible. Worst faculty pool. Horrible work culture and illiterate teachers.

This company is worst I have seen. Selfish management. None promotions only decrements. No one is going to appreciate you for your hard work and intelligence, they will put you down for even one mistake. Seniors are jealous of their juniors because of their knowledge and skills.

The exposure for teacher is very good as we get to teach and interact with a lotof students as well as in terms of quality of teaching and management it is good.
