Joined allen in Jan 2016, as they were paid well earlier but after 2 years there is no appraisal and appreciation, nothing to learn, no work life balance (anyone call you at midnight even weekends ,as there is no weekend, 24x7 working, worst-ever office politics) .Also there is no such platform or management where an employee can rise his/her issues/problems. Very bad experience of 5.5 years

Nothing to learn, office politics, not good payout, salary is very less as per industry standards, no awards, no work recognition, frustrating office hours

Nothing to like except the HR department, they can help you in any manners you need while resigning 🤣

Dislikes

Company culture, no work life balance, no appraisal and appreciation, nothing to learn, you have to work 24*7, no weekends, office politics, they can call you even midnight or Sundays, there is no proper platform to rise your concerns/ issues. I joined in January 2016 because I heard that it is big name in coaching industry and paid well. But I don't think so, very less salary as compare to industry. They don't value an employee until he/she can talk to the manager/boss like I am resigning....Read More
