The current top management, including Mr. Naveen Swamy and Mr. Amit Mishra, exhibit significant deficiencies in business strategy and operational effectiveness. Additionally, there have been numerous reports of unhealthy internal politics that are detrimental to organizational harmony. Their proclivity for self-promotion lacks any substantive results or contributions, which further undermines their credibility. Moreover, there is a conspicuous lack of employee recognition and opportunities for professional growth within the company.
