Earlier people used to say that job in Allen is secure like a government job. But now it is not the case. If management wants you gone, they will torture so much that you yourself will resign. No body will fire anyone directly.

I am working in PNCF division. Under the management of Maheshwari brothers, it was very good place to work with but now nothing is sure. No one wants to do his job seriously. Some faculties are busy flattering their seniors all the time. To ensure better promotions they even do personal task of seniors like shopping, arranging theirfamily weddings etc. The entire environment reeks of politics. You can’t trust your fellows because of some bad colleagues. Ahmedabad centre keeps on scheduling duties even on sundays for which no one gets cages nor comp offs. If you really want career in teaching industry then I dont think you will find any organisation much stable and the best in all terms (pay scale too) than Allen anywhere in india . Trust me i am not saying blindly i have worked for more than 3 yrs and counting.. They respect your work,your personal life, your value. That's what you expect after all.

It is like joining politics. No learning or growth. No recognition or appreciation. Only friends are promoted and given all appraisals. Rest employees are like Indians during British Rule. Top admin management does not know anything except politics, ego and greed.
