1.) No fixed domain to work. 2.) Less trust on employees. 3.) Decision is biased most of the times. 4.) Honest employee believed to be an idiot by higher authorities. 5.) You have to identify different tasks for yourself, if you don't want your skillsets diminished early.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and good, but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only one thing and that is salary day was fixed and salary credited on first of every month.

Nepotism, office politics, incapable upper management, upper management does not look at the problem that lower level employees are facing, Create problem in FnF, Didn't do complete FnF, complaint redressal system is pathetic

Even with so much changes going on ,Allen is really one of the better places you can work on. Obviously some aspects depends upon the Centre you are in but some old centres are really good for work life balance and quality work.

... policy. 2.Trust on Employees who are with them for years,shouldn't go down. 3.Commitment to Salary during hiring should be fulfilled, Deduction in the name of X,Y,Z reason shouldn't happen.

...pool of very talented teachers with whom you can work and learn a lot from them. * On time salary.

* Office politics and back bitching. * Arrogant and baised behavior of management. * Sometimes non- academic person dictates the faculty member which make them feel undervalued. * No job security. They will wait for the year end then immediately they will fire.
