There is almost nothing to like about OMOTEC. It will be an exception that someone working here will keep on liking working here after 3-4 months.

Dislikes

The way they work and treat their employees is terrible. Most employees working here at this company also treat their junior terribly.

Senior management is very cooperative and the company has a very good training system. I like the vision of the company and how our founders motivate everyone to be on track and help each other in achieving new heights.

BD person was support and helpful in nature . HR is supportive .

Dislikes

The omotech company is fine for the freshers but if you are having good experience at your previous organisation so omotech is not a good option to join . My day was like awkward when you entered at the premises you have to put off your footwear after spent whole day you will not get any tea or coffee facility that was make a bad impression of the company , every employee is new over regional office delhi . They are too strict as per their timings 9:30 to 6:30 . My first day was unexpected so I decided I ll not continue ....Read More
