Supportive Environment: The management at OMOTEC, are very supportive and always encourage employees to take initiative and innovate. They are approachable and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in our work culture. Professional Growth: OMOTEC places a strong emphasis on professional development. There are numerous opportunities for training and skill enhancement, which have greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. Work-Life Balance: Contrary to some opinions, I have found the work-life balance at OMOTEC to be quite reasonable. 9 hour flexible shift for school trainers. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
