Everything depends on your client. Work culture is very cool with Rolls Royce client. TCS manager is very cool and do not inturrept anything.

Work life balance is good. So far it has been good for me may depend on specific fic situations where I have seen it gettin hectic and job security is definitely high

You would end up doing everything if you are in senior position. There is no role specific tasks. It is all mixed up and kind of mismanaged. Only people who are valued are business facing and who can articulate tech in flowery language to customers. If you are not that then you are considered useless.
