If you are in a good team and have a good manager, you can bear with the company. Otherwise its not how it should be.

Dislikes

The company has totally illogical policies. Specially never join this company as an intern. It will make you work like any other employee but at the time of experience, hike, payment etc, it won't even consider your efforts. There is not hike or extra perks associated with promotion. If you are promoted its your bad luck because your responsibilities would increase but not your payment. They will make promises for certain pay plus or bonuses, but they will revoke whenever they want. If you are an intern, even your birthday wouldn't be counted, unlike any Full time employee. At times if you have client interactions or you ate a part of release, then it can be hectic. Otherwise yoy can manage the balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
