Need Guidance on Salary Expectations and Career Growth
Hi All, I started my career at the age of 21 as a Software Engineer Intern in April 2021. After graduating with a B.Tech in CSE on May 31, 2022, I was converted to a Software Engineer (DevOps) full-time role starting June 1, 2022, with a 6.5 LPA fixed salary and a 1 lakh bonus. CURRENTLY I am having 2.7 year of experience, At this point in time, I would like your suggestions on: 1. What is considered a good and best salary in the market for someone with my experience and role at todays date? 2. By the end of 2025, what CTC should I aim for as an ideal benchmark for growth? Looking forward to your insights! 🙂 Thank you!
