It is more of a business analyst company than a technology company. Technical people have less say on decision, especially in their delivery engineering side. Leaders don't create new leaders, they are insecure about people joining from other organizations. No technology to learn, deliver software by configuring. The new leadership is not people centric. Starting 2024, mandatory office visit twice a week; which is forcing large number of people to relocate, I have seen many of my colleagues who had remote offer are now being asked to relocate without relocation benefits. You spend more time in meetings than doing actual work....Read More

After graduating with a B.Tech in CSE on May 31, 2022, I was converted to a Software Engineer (DevOps) full-time role starting June 1, 2022, with a 6.5 LPA fixed salary and a 1 lakh bonus. The company is open to let you design your own development arc. The office is really cool and they pay well. The food and snacks are on the house. They provide ample opportunities for skill development in a limited tech stack.

Dislikes

Company has platform and project teams. Project teams are mostly created for delivery to various clients and as such are always on a tight schedule. Upper management over commits the deliveries and thus puts pressure on the delivery units. The tech-stack is limited and obsolete. There is nothing to learn after a year. The product-project layering makes it difficult to achieve something new for the project teams on their own....Read More
