The promotion policies are worst. There are no such tools or work ex that you get which you can employ in other companies. The notice period of 3 months is uncalled for. Top Management is not supportive and not prepared for doing business.

The only thing I can think of is the free food. They have free food in the house, so if you are visiting office you can pre-book your meal.

Long list. Will try to highlight important ones. 1) Tech stack: They have their own odessa framework which basically sits on top of .net framework. So you will have to learn their framework first in order to work on any projects. There is no learning opportunities. 2) No proper requirements: There is no planning on how to gate the requirement. They just take the requirement without even understanding how their system works. Since their product is on old technology it is very difficult to do new changes in the product, which the non technical people doesn't understand. 3) Many senior tech employees doesn't know about the new tech skills and they will create a environment where they feel comfortable. 4) Office politics is worst here you will be evaluated based on your line manager feedback. So irrespective how much effort you put in, all will go into vain if you get bad feedback. Line manager will always put dev team under the bus for their mistakes. 5) Compensation and hikes is worst here and is not comparable as per the industry standards. I've been really impressed with how collaborative the team is and always ready to share knowledge. There is a lot of emphasis on quality and detail, which really pushes you to improve your skills. The flexible work hours are a big plus point any my colleagues are super helpful.

Odessa is more of a Pretend-Play setup than an organization. It has had a culture of lying to customers and then pressuring the team to deliver. Leadership is just trying to save their jobs and playing favorites always. If you put your head down and work you are a great asset to them.
