Food benefits, hybrid work, some managers were good, but they left or put papers now mostly women mangers left who don't want to take risks, they have limited exposure to system outside industry as they never worked outside Odessa. They just know some part of system well and taking advantage of the same. I remember this manager and under her some 4 people about to leave or left in year, still I don't think HR's takes into account all these signals. Thier future is secure but if you want to really want something to consider for long term growth better avoid it. 1. They bought in Hybrid it according to me it just made good people leave nothing positive I would say according to me. 2. As an organization it provides enough exposure to employees who have already spent good number of years in protecting them/growing them in all aspects. Few employees who have performed well/in good terms with the leadership get best possible backing in growing within the organization.

Dislikes

Dummy feedback system. Non-professional HRs. Very bad planning as an organization. Sometimes I felt like the vision is not very clear.

Ever since the change in the management the company is the epitome of unstable. Not only is your job security at risk but also your compensation.

Dislikes

There’s a huge , an absolute appalling pay parity issue in the organisation for each role which creates such a negative atmosphere for employees to work but the company doesn’t seem to acknowledge it. It’s unfortunate to see such a negative shift in the organisation dynamic from what it used to be.
