Primary role:

Odessa s engineering team is looking for an Engineering Director, to drive the technical design and delivery of its core solution suite. As a strong technical leader, you will lead strategic development activities for cross-functional teams across all enterprise product releases to ensure the highest quality, clean-code outcome. You will also play an integral role in coaching, growing, and mentoring Odessa s engineering teams whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders in product management, professional services teams, RD, as well as customers to drive the product roadmap, ensure product delivery and integrity.
