I joined 4 months ago in this organization there is good infrastructure of new building and providing salary on time. Work environment is also good and colleagues are supportive about work and nice behaviour. There is nothing any pressure of KPIs or KRA if you are dedicated and passionate for your work.

Washroom is unhygienic and night shift allowance is not there also should be 5 or 5.5 working days.

The process is good and I learn alot while working. No work pressure in my domain

The work life balance and office politics. We are working 6 days. It feels like we are working continuously without break. Also, it feels so bad that neither we are getting the India Leaves nor UAE leaves. We are human and we want rest and peace. Office politics is demotivated me badly now.

2. They will not pay you on time. 3. Poor management, no job security. They can kick you anytime, without even having proper justification. 4. No growth oppertunity as management is not good and don't stick to the decision made by themselves. 5. I laughed for 1 entire day wheni got to know that, people got 500-600 as annual increment.
