The team being small you get opportunities to wear multiple hats. You are exposed to a lot of things, especially in the startup ecosystem which helps you increase your intellectual knowledge and pick up skills faster.

Dislikes

The culture of the company is something which actually depressed me a little. If someone asks why I would leave the company then the reason was they didn't value the people. Somewhere that team feeling was lost and yes they were partial with some people. The management does act weird when the appraisal cycle comes and to add to that anger we had no benefits.

Work Details

The work was hectic but I use to love it. NUMA was the company where I discovered myself and I should mention I had a great manager. You get to work with different verticals as well, which is at first appears difficult but gradually you will learn it.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I Like the customers there because they are understanding.
