I dislike many things, mainly too much politics by middle management and unfair practices in appraisal and promotions. Working for long hours and faulty quality issues that deduct your salary by the end of the month which is not good. Talented sincere hard working people are not encouraged. Only a few handful of people and chamchas are earning much.

They provide work-from-home option, which was a blessing for me. Since I worked from home I did not had much interaction with any teammates. They provide enough training to get you acquainted with the platform and operations. For those who work hard there is ample opportunity to grow. Salary /appraisal depends solely on performance (line count and accuracy). Since I worked from home I never had to visit the office so no travel issues. Being a home transcriptionist and having no teammate interaction I never endured workspace politics, but from team managers of other teams always felt some. There is a portal entirely dedicated for learning and there were weekly and monthly learning assignments. Even though I work from home there is a virtual work environment created through chat, which varies according to the individual you are dealing with. Most of the time it was awesome. I was not so happy with the work-life balance. I wanted to go for a backpacking trip for 1.5 months and I was told that I will not get leave for more than 2 weeks and if I wanted more days then I have to resign and rejoin after 1.5 months. I resigned and when I tried to rejoin after my trip the HR informed me that there was no vacancy right now even though they were hiring new people!!!
