I have worked for 3 years in Nuance. The company was good for perks, payments, holidays and everything. Everything was find with Nuance company.

Previously, the Nuance company was good, but now as they have increased the accuracy level and the job has become totally night shift I at the age of 45 cannot take it anymore, so I left it. Not only Nuance, now it seems that all the MT companies have started looting the MTs and QAs in the name of accuracy and all the non-performers like admin department, managers and owner of the companies are enjoying the perks in the name of accuracy. Meanwhile the innovation of Speech Recognition Software has also killed the MT field. My advise to all the youngsters who are seeking MT field should think 10 times before joining such field. It will be better to die for a country rather than joining this field and ending your life....Read More
