Hello...thank you for this review. My life turned up side down when my TL changed, his name was Anwar Sadath, he behaved badly and rudely with me. Sadly no one was there whom I can report. One of the worst phase I passed. No one understands how that person feels when he/she is harassed, feelingless and heartless people. Sadly my experience is not at all good, he ruined my career but I survived somehow with my own courage. There are many who are quiet in my group and not speaking up. Bad work culture we have, pathetic!!! Just look around and see how people's interest lost and they left job due to that. It gone deteriorated as days passed, gone bad to worst and it's all under this person name Anwar Sadaath. My previous TL was gem, Mr. Harminder Singh. This Anwar killed my interest completely in medical transaction.

The company is very promising in terms of its Compensation , in fact it is one among the best places to work in India. The entire team and managers are very cooperative.

Dislikes

It is very difficult to maintain work life baLance. The work pressure is very high, have to spend around 16-18 hours per day. Also, we cannot avail our regular weekoffs on Saturday or Sunday. They provide us weekly offs based on their requirement.

It was great in terms of my compensation and completely satisfied with the work culture, environment, and people around me, but very low turn around time in delivering the output and stringent quality guidelines were always challenging to me.

All the employees work as a team for a particular cause, can be a new project or any other thing. Sometimes, we are emotionally bonded while working as a team. Most of the team managers are a bit affectionate with us, but in reality I couldn't guess what is happening about the work distribution and I have been terminated because of lack of awareness about the work process.

Whatever happened it's happened as per God's will. I had a desire to accomplish something, can be a small reward for my little effort: unfortunately I was unsuccessful I wish all my brothers good luck. I got vexed and not willing to do any job, as I crossed that dream age. I am eagerly waiting for my daughter's success, achievements and happy moments in her life...
