Training, learning, and colleagues. Work allotment is very very bad, TL Sashidar shows partiality very much. Dirty higher management. We work hard for low salaries, they enjoy higher income. Human Resor also does not support lower categories.

No appraisal, no increments in basic salary, should depend on incentives maintain error rates, losing incentives and taking only basic salary, which will be comparatively less, no growth (this opinion is not just for Nuance, but all transcription companies).
