Dislikes

... politics by middle management and unfair practices in appraisal and promotions. Working for long hours and faulty quality issues that deduct your salary by the end of the month which is not good. Talented sincere hard working people are not encouraged. Only a few handful of people and chamchas are earning much.

...very very bad, TL Sashidar shows partiality very much. Dirty higher management. We work hard for low salaries, they enjoy higher income. Human Resor also does not support lower categories.

Salary and compensation will be good.

Training for 3 weeks provided. After training, they expecting like 10 year experienced person's quality. And clearing training is depends on trainer (not on quality).

It was good place to work and earn.

Dislikes

No appraisal, no increments in basic salary, should depend on incentives maintain error rates, losing incentives and taking only basic salary, which will be comparatively less, no growth (this opinion is not just for Nuance, but all transcription companies).

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
