Cab Facility Job Security 30 Days leaves in a year

Appraisals are slow. Need to spend a lot of time to get promoted. For grade 5 & 6 employees NLCI and other trainings are mandatory to get hikes. You miss one traning, no hike for that particular cycle. Support project have no growth. Doesn't matter if it's covid or something else, the business has to run.

Managers are helpless and creates toxic environment. Keeps pressure on employees to impress the clients.

I haven't liked anything. Managers, senior managers none of them helped to help the employees to come out of the stress. Even if you escalate it further level there will be no response

If you are on a project, NTT will never fire you. Team members are pretty good.

Dislikes

Hike....No hike or compensation at all. They will have one on one meeting and at the time of hike company has some reason to skip hike cycle. Working for the same salary for 3 years.
