Your hike will depends on current project experience. They will not count the experience that you worked in the company. Promotions will happen faster in service desk. If you have a plan to change your domain with in the company... Little difficult. Compansation bonus depends on your performance. Dont expect 50%.

Working in NTT Data is a good experience and job security depends on how you perform at your work place and company policies are good compared to other companies but salary increment is less when it comes to promotion or after 1 year completion

Few Helpdesk analysts people are so very rude and show attitude towards employees and transport is not both ways, they give one side door drop and other side shuttle pickup which I don’t like where employees have to walk till the certain distance before getting in the cab and there is no free food and no team outings and no international relocation and yet don’t understand why we have to login on time becoz if users need help then they will wait for us, why can’t any IT support sector think this way. A company which doesn't takes care of its own and the management is very poor where they give mental stress to employees and also keeps our family life devastated. Effects of cost cutting is too much that seems like company can't run without deducting amount from employees salary/allowance. Employees are treated such badly that thecompanies sole objective is to meet their SLA so that they can obtain profit.
