Training is good .. lot of trainings available.

Dislikes

So much. Managers are toxic ...whatever they mentioned in interview is not gone happen once anyone join. Eg ; wfh .. if we have any personal issue, still they won't allow us to do wfh ..instead they will say apply leave. Here leave balance is so wierd ! They made their own rule.

The company is good in terms of Job security. Had a view of very much how the org is structured at higher management level. The teams are globalized and yet managed efficiently.

Do not know but something is not right year. May be if management pays more attention in reviewing pay structure for the people properly it would fix. YoY hike is really less.

Initial package is great, very good opportunity for learning both soft skill as well as core technical skills through various Instructor led trainings.

After working a long period, there should be a salary normalization, at least for Meets expectation / exceeds expectation candidates.
