Lacks of project infact they don't have any such project and they hire you and then after couple of month they will put you on bench and ask you to leave- No Job security. micro management at level. No hierarchy follows and people who sits in the company for a long time dont want peers to get trained on their work and run organisation on monopoly (Buaa-Mausi )basis.

I lost the impression after joining. There is no work life balance at all. It is like ur living on this earth to work for them. The most sadistic people i have ever met. They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

Dislikes

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team. Worst company i have ever seen.🙏

The other teams that i do not work yet have communicated with are amazing. The people are good, other than the team that iam in.

Dislikes

The teams are very toxic. They deliberately make you question your skills and knowledge just cause they wanna show they know better and they kick you out of the group if they dont like you, making you look like you do no work.

They hired for different role and giving different role in NTT. Its downgrading for me to work from core role to support role. Very strange for me.

Its a global company and got some decent clients and perks will be 5-15% for different bands.They got some good practice and it all depends on your manager.

Dislikes

We got typical indian managers who are tough to handle at times with their Indian mentality but if you work for in client location you are free on your own and get good names and move on with your career aspiration.

Favouritism Managers will only promote the employees who are close to them No leaves 😂 I don't know why leaves were added every month If you have applied leaves for a week and that too 1 month earlier , still you will get 2 days leaves 😂

The management cares only about their business The HR Can't take decision they totally rely on manager Employee have no respect you just need to come work like a slave and go You can't take emergency leave or even planned leave It will be suitable only for batchelors
