The things i like about is the company culture, work life balance as it is hybrid module as of now

Dislikes

The work or project is the huge dislike…If you get any opportunity to service desk and if you have previous experience then please don’t join here because there is no technical work to be done and just creating tickets and moving the tickets to different teams, but if you are fresher and wants to join then ok.

The managers and the employees who is working der are not at all professionals and they tend to treat others as sales. Manager doesn't know how to treat the employees nd talk or behave with them. Spoons getting permoted. I Have to fight for increment and permotion after 4 years of hard work and dedication Finally they permoted me to Grade 6 and put me on bench and did not allign me to any project for 3 months and then I have to leave this organization under cost cutting .
