Everything. I joined Dell Services, but ever since NTT Data acquired Dell Services, it has been like in HELL. Worst policy and worst HR team. All the clients are taking back their projects because it's not Dell anymore. NTT Data also forced the policy of 10 hours of shift in a single day.
