Integrity and loyalty they will expect from employees.

Dislikes

There is no job security. All of a sudden they will take decisions even don't think about how loyal employees are and how long they worked with them and background of the employee family situations also. finally they will expect loyalty and integrity from employees but vise versa it won't.

Ultimately they try to put down new commers by providing false Information and try themselves to become expert in front of leadership team. Specially Indian Bid Team.. India and middle East bid teams are very weak.
