I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing here to like, except the job opportunity as they don't give salary to you.

Dislikes

They will release salary of 1st month after 2 month delay and the pending salary will never release. They will not do FNF too. Also conveyance is very low and this also will not be release. Very bad company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
