I like the working culture as well as the cleanliness maintained in the organisation. The colleagues are kind and helpful.

Dislikes

The notebook and pen included in welcome kit provided to new employees must have the name of the company and the water bottle provided must be of stainless steel and not plastic. Also the company must provide ID cards to each employee to make it more presentable and formal.

No policy designed. Nothing is structured. You would have to run to the higher management for every thing and for every small matters. Micromanagement on every matter. Salary is mostly delayed.
