I like the working culture as well as the cleanliness maintained in the organisation. The colleagues are kind and helpful.

Dislikes

The notebook and pen included in welcome kit provided to new employees must have the name of the company and the water bottle provided must be of stainless steel and not plastic. Also the company must provide ID cards to each employee to make it more presentable and formal.

There is no work culture and Job satisfaction. work not allocated as per JD eventhogh after the year. Management were too nosy about what employee doing in break time and whom they are talking with.
