This is the best place for learning, familiar atmosphere, helping staff, having a best administration of Mr. Mihir P Turakhiya. And being a girl this place is safe from the girl's perspectives

It was existing but if you are giving your all efforts for companies growth and someone has always doubt on your work ! I think this is never gonna be digestive for anyone ever

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
