Slow paced approach, Consistent Re-orgs impacts the focus on core work/delivery, lacks job security due to these changes, fair appraisals, limited training and Medical Policy for a family is not sufficient.

Excellent work culture promoting growth and development of expertise in particular area.

Dislikes

People once worked in Novartis are habituated with working to confined tasks and can't explore work beyond comfort zone. Outside company culture can be disaster for the people associated for long term with Novartis. Once company cuts down the head count, difficult to get another job, due to confined work area knowledge and exposure.

The worst part within Novartis is the "Role Impact". Once your role is impacted, the company will kick you out without any redeployement opportunity.

working with Novartis has been a worst experience. There is no job security and the employess are fired on the name of Business Impact or Role Impact. The company does not care about the job security of anyone.
