No scope to learn something new or ground breaking. Pay is below industry standards. Every 2-3 years they keep changing the process or team structures.

Dislikes

People once worked in Novartis are habituated with working to confined tasks and can't explore work beyond comfort zone. Outside company culture can be disaster for the people associated for long term with Novartis. Once company cuts down the head count, difficult to get another job, due to confined work area knowledge and exposure.

working with Novartis has been a worst experience. There is no job security and the employess are fired on the name of Business Impact or Role Impact. The company does not care about the job security of anyone.
