All the criteria included in the questionnaire are above the industry average in Bangladesh.

Dislikes

Sometimes seniors are not open minded and also involved in internal politics by taking biased decision.

Work Details

I worked in sales department in Novartis and engaged in managing a region in Bangladesh. I performed better and also felt better to work with my seniors and my team members. I always ensured double digit growth in my assigned region.
