1. Complete failure in managing unionized field forces. It is like paralysis of action against those not complying with company policies which resulted in closure of a performing business unit and giving its sales and marketing to Dr. Reddys Lab. 2. No role of H.R.Managers.It appeared as H.R Department not existing at all or remained as silent spectator. At the end there was no coordination between Sales and H.R Dept.Thus a highly paid managers without doing any appreciable things. 3. A very poor vision in launching new products in mass market. All me too products launched at a very late stage, when other companies had launched much earlier. 4. Reducing resources with irrational logic. 5. Unable to settle COD of field forces giving one reason or other. So there was no will of management to address peoples issues. 6. Manager getting poor HQ allowances to meet travel expenses. 7. Overall good company to work. Dynamic company. Division to division culture differs. Have a great pipeline. Despite pandemic company sails strongly..& during this pandemic company supports the employee in a big way which no other company can think of.
Acquired people for a big package & putting those employee in a flat package for years. Partiality is seen with metro & non metro. People who are working with non metro treated lesser in terms of rating & compensation. Because of 1 or 2 senior managers company has a pathetic named on the market & which is true also.
