After Switch, Feeling lost in a career. Specially after working in good companies, MNCs, Captives etc.

I have 10 YOE I joined a fintech company as a senior lead developer (java, cloud) in October 24 CTC 37. Everything is good here. Eg . Worklife balance, work from office/home , stability, project manager. only issue is java work is less and stuck in Financial product where we need to deploy test and mostly do configuration changes. This is my 5th company. What would be the advice? is that okay to change comapny in 5-6 months? how to proceed ahead with the career ?

Novartis India office has serious issues with work life balance. The leadership is clueless and keeps updating the processes so frequently that they cant even cope up with it. They even don't understand how much they can pressurize a data management lead . Everyone working there is working more than 11 hours each day.

The culture is very bad, I love the company's principles but these are not followed at the root level. Pathetic managers who are self centered and don't really mentor. Professional behavior is no where visible in the team. They make you loose your confidence in yourself.
