It was a family business, run inside the house, what the owner won't tell you is that his kid will also be running around in the kitchen, I quit because of a knife related injury, you can guess it, it was because of the kid, they didn't even bother paying for my medical expenses or atleast taking me to stop the bleeding, then followed to blame me. They also stole my recipes which are now thier best sellers, absolutely shameless people. P.s I have never cut my hand in the past 5 years before that, and I have worked in bulk kitchens. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
